Terms of Service for MytuPlayer

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MytuPlayer mobile application (the "Application" or "Service"), published by DICKY PERMANA LAB.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MytuPlayer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Application.

1. License and Scope of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use MytuPlayer solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible mobile device owned or controlled by you.

2. Service Description & Features

MytuPlayer provides tools designed for personal local media utility, including:

• Local video and audio file browsing and playback.
• Local playlist creation and management.
• Background playback via foreground services.
• Picture-in-Picture (PiP) windowed playback.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using MytuPlayer, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• Copyright and Intellectual Property Compliance: You are solely responsible for the media content you store, play, or manage using the Application. You agree not to use MytuPlayer to play, distribute, or access copyrighted materials without proper authorization or legal ownership.
• No Prohibited Activities: You shall not:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Application.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Application or any device hardware.
  • Use the Application for any commercial, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including its code, software design, user interface, graphics, icons, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of DICKY PERMANA LAB and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• GUARANTEES THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• GUARANTEES THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL DEVICE HARDWARE, OPERATING SYSTEM VERSIONS, OR MEDIA FILE FORMATS/CODECS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, OWNERS, OR AFFILIATES OF MYTUPLAYER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTION OF MEDIA FILES, OR DELETION OF PLAYLISTS.
• DEVICE MALFUNCTION OR HARDWARE DAMAGE.
• LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
• ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE APPLICATION.

7. Modifications to the Application and Terms

Updates to the Application: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the Application or any feature thereof at any time without prior notice or liability.

Amendments to Terms: We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of MytuPlayer after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Application from your device.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to or license to use the Application immediately without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms.
